You probably heard about Penatropin via Ron Jeremy: the infamous porn actor who well-known for his massive south department. When he’s not acting, he’s busy peddling male enhancement products. According to his website (sexpillguru.com), the latest technology allows men to “get bigger – much bigger without going under the knife”. And, the flavour of the day is called “Penatropin”.

Now let’s get something straight! Despite the hype, no pill, not even Penetropin can add inches to your size naturally and permanently. There’s no true science behind it. Anyone who told you otherwise is lying, period! The only effective method is surgery, but it’s not recommended for purely cosmetic reasons. Not to mention – surgery is expensive, risky and not well-studied.

The thing is: your size is determined by genetic traits that you’ve inherited from your parents. Ron Jeremy, a lucky dude, is born with porn-star worthy endowment! That’s his secret really. In the past, Mr. Jeremy has endorsed so many pills that he might lose count. Think about it: if the pills really work as he said, he should hung like a horse now!

So what is Penatropin? As stated on the official website, doctor said this product can “increase size, make you fuller, heighten sex drive and give you plenty of energy”. Penatropin is said to be backed by published clinical trials, though there’s no evidence to back up the claims. It’s unsure if the product is tested for effectiveness and safety.

Its key ingredient is called Butea Superba, a herb native to Thailand. The herb was allegedly an aphrodisiac, and early studies show promise, for example:
