Bliss radiance and Glow crème Reviews: Stay Away!

The little ads are everywhere on the internet: get “one weird trick” for wrinkle cream. I’ve seen them on Facebook, and even few major news sites. Clicking on the ads take you to a story of how an ordinary mom used two products called “Bliss Radiance” and “Glow Crème” to look younger in just 2 weeks! You will also find impressive before and after shoot of hers.

Don’t fall for this really!

For the record, I am not saying that all all anti-aging products are scams – far from it. Many are great, and I’ve personally have great success with this product. However, if you think Bliss Radiance and Glow Crème is the cosmetic holy grail, you should look somewhere else. Here’s what I found that might shock you:

#1. The websites (eg.iweeklyhealth.com) that promote “Bliss Radiance” and “Glow Crème” appear to be legitimate consumer website. However, they far from genuine. First of all, the before-and-after pictures can be found on many other product websites, including:

http://beefacezone.blogspot.com/2013/05/mom-cut-20-years-in-week-using-this-1.html (product name: BellaGenix & Veloura)

http://www.youlivesmart.mobi/quigo/v21-(dermolyte-rejuvenex).html (Product name: Dermolyte & Rejuvenex)

http://smartlivingweekly.com/want-to-erase-wrinkles-clever-mom-uses-a-simple-5-trick/ (product name: Beautiskin & Kollagen Intensiv)

http://www.americanlifestylejournal.com/skin/08 (product name: Wrinkle Rewind)

The headlines of the website states “mom uses simple tricks to cut years in a week” – this, or other identical headlines have been used on many other phony wrinkle sites. And yes, the contents, pictures and users comments of these sites are very similar as well! These websites appear to be linked, under different name.
In addition, the operators of the website and merchants remain anonymous. I can’t find their contact and background information.

Bottom line is: the story and reviews are fake. These websites are carefully drafted to entice unsuspecting customers.

#2. On the order page of Blisscreams.com, you will see few trust seals and security seals, but none is clickable. Buyer beware.

#3. Bliss Cream is said to be “clinically proven”, as stated on its official website. The maker doesn’t not have any clinical data to back up the claims.

#4. The website claims there’s limited supply which is not true.

The truth about wrinkle cream: There are many lotions and supplements that claim to reduce wrinkles, reverse damage caused by sun, or slow down premature aging. The effectivness of these products depends on specific ingredients and how long you used them. However, if you are looking for instant facelift, you probably won’t find it in over-the-counter creams or pills. They don’t make the lines go away permanently.

To sum up: Stay away from Bliss Radiance and Glow Crème. The next time you come across these ads, remind yourself: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

I received the Glow Creme, Radiance and Renew from your products. How and when do I use the Renew Face Lift since in the instructions, radiance should be followed by glow creme. When is the renew cream be used?

    Thank you.

    • Denise Ryans July 8, 2016, 4:02 pm

I definitely got scammed. They took some payments very quickly before I could block them and I have never received anything. I don’t know how to publicise this any further.

      • Anastasia July 10, 2016, 8:11 am

I’ve been waiting for the product since 04/23/16, got several e mails from the support team and I can say only – stay away and do not use those product coz it’s all the opposite what they claim they suppose to be.

        • Laurette LaLiberte July 29, 2016, 9:38 am

I just received my free sample today, but it took 3 weeks to get it. Will let you know if it works.

  • Janet May 22, 2016, 9:40 am

He says this is what he recommended for his celebrity people, and it knocked ten years off these ladies..

  • dimple May 24, 2016, 12:55 am

I became a victim of this. It’s so sad can’t take my money back. 🙁 been fooled by their “free trial” ad.

    • Kenneth Stalnaker June 23, 2016, 4:54 pm

We were victims of this scam as well.
I called and requested our money back for an order that we did not receive.
This was three Months ago and still no money..

      • Choi Shin Cheol July 2, 2016, 12:56 pm

Sure they are malicious scammers, once you give your Card information, then they take your money more than one hundred dollars first, and do not send Bliss radiance creme
until to claim several times more.
They make the client tired and disappointed and fooling, cheating.

        • pamela le feuvre July 17, 2016, 9:48 pm

I sent for the free trial and a months supply arrived and 35 euro taken from my account and then 76 euros were taken, I contacted the bank and they have put the money back in my account and told me to send the product back, it was going to cost me 28 euros to post it back which I haven’t done, I can’t afford to do that and I didn’t ask for the stuff, now more has arrived. Once they have got your details they are gonna keep stealing your money unless you contact the bank fast.

  • sharonah May 24, 2016, 5:33 pm

Bliss Radiance had a free sample on line all you had to pay for was the shipping. I signed up for it////BIG MISTAKE!!!! I received the sample alright. Then I was checking my bank statement and saw that besides the $6.90 for the shipping of the sample, a few days later they took out $78…. and the statement reads “recurring debit card’!!!!! they stole my money!!!!! What ever you do no not give them your card number even if they say it’s a free sample and you only have to pay for shipping. They are some liars and some thieves!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • LBox August 12, 2016, 7:27 am

Apparently, somewhere ‘hidden’ (i.e. placed so that you can easily overlook it) on the order form is a statement that you more or less subscribe to their product. Meaning they will send you their product every month (or even at a higher frequency).
Of course, I also missed this crucial bit of information on their website/the order form 🙁 So, in addition to the low price for their sample ($ 3,95), they also deducted the full price for the product (around $ 75) from my creditcard. I did get the full product (not the trial) once, hence the $75 paid is sort-of-OK, cos I got something for my money (even if it’s highly overpriced and – I gather from the comments here – not working). I contacted my bank, had my creditcard blocked and got myself a new creditcard with a different number. My bank assured me, Blisscream will not be able to deduct through this new creditcard. In the meantime, I have received yet another bottle of Blisscream, which I will return to sender.

      • Mary Brown August 23, 2016, 2:06 pm

I have fallen for the scam too. Have received one a month for 5 months and my daughter alerted me and checking my bank they have taken 80euros a month. No address is given so can’t send it back but am going to my bank tomorrow to block my card. Beware! What a fool I’ve been!

      • Mina August 26, 2016, 11:51 pm

These were written in the website:

Terms and Conditions: We take great pride in the quality of our products and are confident that Bliss Radiance is the most effective and powerful anti-aging system on the market today. If for any reason you do not find this product is right for you we will gladly give you a full refund, no questions asked. You have nothing to lose except for the wrinkles! By placing an order you will be enrolled in our refill membership program. This program will charge $78.71 for your trial of Bliss Radiance on the 16th day and ship a full-size bottle of Bliss Radiance for $78.71 every 30 days thereafter until you cancel. You can cancel or modify your membership anytime by calling 1-888-813-0202 or 702-435-9100.

      • Veronica chin August 4, 2017, 2:10 am

Me too was tricked the same. They have debited my credit card monthly for 6 months which I only realised recently.

Do you have their phone contact please?

    • Sharon barnett November 4, 2016, 11:12 am

I also applied for the free sample if I paid the p+p.I did receive a bottle of cream.Unfortunately since then they have carried out taking a quantity of money every month WITHOUT permission and also WITHOUT sending the product.I cancelled my visa card so they have now started taking money direct from my account through the visa company (which my bank says they can not refund). In total this company have stole 500 euros from my account.I have currently reported them to the police and am awaiting a response.DO NOT buy anything from this company.

    • susie wood February 13, 2017, 11:08 pm

The exact thing happened to me…a ‘free sample’ pay postage only. It was an astute person at my credit card company who noted the 74$ and 104$ recurrent charges to my credit card. NOWHERE on the online website did it ask if I wanted to continue with the product , NOR authorization to continue to charge my charge card. They required me to send back ‘free sample’ to credit my $200 charge on credit card.!!!! I did so, happily and sent the package certified mail. What a lousy scam, plus the product sucks!

  • Kamran May 26, 2016, 6:45 am

Yes. I am 100% agree with you. I have ordered twice through facebook advertisement and paid 3.95$ through my credit card but they never delivered the Bliss radiance and Glow crème. Some of my friends also experience the same situation so, please stay away from these bastards. They are just making money out of nothing by propagating their false genuineness.

    • emgrace June 21, 2016, 6:22 am

I also ordered and still waiting. So, I’m waiting for nothing? 🙁 It’s OK if it’s only the $3.95. I hope I won’t be charged more than that after a few days.. I’m worried. I’ve read some here were charged more 🙁 🙁 🙁

      • Szilvia July 10, 2016, 8:35 am

it says with small letters at the end of the order that you’ll be charge 78 sth dollars after the trail has been shipped to you, meaning if you gave them your card details they will definitely charge you with and it will be reaccuring every 30 days…asap call your bank and let them know to block this supplier because they are fake.good luck

      • susie wood February 13, 2017, 11:11 pm

They will continue to charge you $200 a month for product unless you contact them and complain. My credit card company stayed on the line with me when we had the conversation and it was recorded!! The phone number of this fraudulent company is:
        (844) 711-7787. Best of luck.
        Susie

      • Bev Eldred July 11, 2017, 5:14 pm

Check your bank account they kept taking amounts out of mine had to cancel my card

  • Stefania June 1, 2016, 2:55 pm

Stay away!!!!! I checked my bank account and noticed that I have been debited three times already and when I checked with them they said that apparently I checked a box on their website when I placed the order!!!!! I have no invoice, no proof of anything at all and I received the products once! After reading so many bad reviews I don’t want to put anything like that on my skin for sure!!!!!!!
They are really unhelpful! Do not buy from them!

    • LOSER November 19, 2016, 6:42 pm

THESE BLISSFUL PEOPLE RIP U OFF SO FAST AND U HATE THEM!!!! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO DONATE A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR NOTHING,

  • Zahari Bin zainal Abidin June 2, 2016, 7:37 am

You gave me sample to try for 14 days, then why did you charge USD 78.71 for month of April and another USD78.71 for the month of May. For your information I did not place any order from you. Please stop this nonsence or I’ll viral your wrongdoing on this case of mine.

  • AT June 7, 2016, 7:42 am

It was advertised and promoted for free trial, but until now I haven’t received the product. Was it because I didn’t clicked the additional amount for protection package?

  • Anastasia June 8, 2016, 7:07 am

This company should be on a black list! Frauds, if I use only one word. When you agree with “terms and conditions” purchasing a “free” sample, they put you on a list as a “best customer” and then charge you every month not sending you anything. I made a complaint but all I’ve got was a huge bank costs. And the product is not worth a dime! Petroleum wax and some perfume – that’s all! Do not buy! Do not use it on you skin!

  • Lisa June 10, 2016, 5:52 am

Beware buyers..your credit card number is not safe.. Check your bank statements for unauthorised transactions…..
    They are thieves….

  • Ritz Yusof June 11, 2016, 5:45 pm

I did the same thing ordered through fb for the trial set just pay for shipping and it never came. Few weeks later i realize they again deducted usd78 from my bank account and i immediately called the bank to stop the transaction as it was still on hold. Suchba scam!

    • Gwen June 17, 2016, 2:32 pm

May u know did u guys get your money back? Call in Bank to quickly stop transaction able to help?

  • Mary Rourke June 13, 2016, 8:49 am

I also asked for the free sample, and gave my card number to pay the postage.Since then they have been sending me the cream every month and charging me 58£. The cream is not good, just average, and does not decrease wrinkles.I need them to stop!

  • Lee June 14, 2016, 2:26 pm

they secretly charge you for monthly program. Watch up. Don’t trust them.

  • Jenny June 15, 2016, 1:44 pm

this company is a total scam. I tried to make an order, nothing happened and i never received any sort of confirmation of the order. i thought it didn’t work, so i forgot the whole thing. Then 2 months later, i received a bottle to home, without any papers. Then two weeks later another bottle. I contacted them to ask whatta hell is this, since i never received any confirmation. I also found out they have charged me twice 78 dollars. I asked the my right to withdrawl with full refund, since they never send any order confirmation of the purchase, and it is illegal. Now they only aggree to refund other bottle. I will make a claim against them, so i suggest that everyone of you do the same. This company is fishy and total scam and the whole business is based on fraud.

    • Cheryl July 15, 2016, 4:09 pm

How did you ask for refund? Was it by email? They started perform Auto debit from my acc since May 16, after i ordered trial pack in apr 2016. it has been auto debited 3 months which May, Jun, Jul 2016. And i onky realized that they are unauthorize auto debiting amount of 78USD every month.

  • karen Chen June 16, 2016, 8:05 am

DO NOT BUY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!!
    STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!
I paid USD$6.90 with OUB credit card and received the trial bottle on 23 April 2016. To my horror, I received the bank statement and found unauthorised payment of USD$78.71 (S$110.65) being paid to ‘Blisscreams.com 888-2062600 in May and June 2016. This has been confirmed by the bank when I called up to check. The bank has blocked my credit card immediately and is investigating the matter. I didn not place any order neither do I receive any subsequent product except for the US$6.90 trial bottle!! The bank has recommended and I cancelled this credit card immediately. The bank will conduct investigation and update me again.

    • Cheryl July 15, 2016, 4:14 pm

Managed to get refund? Im same like you, just that i did receive the bottle in May 2016. But,i only realized suspecious transaction today, whereby i lost 3mths debited amout which cost about RM1,000.

  • TRACEY June 17, 2016, 4:58 pm

  • Chez June 21, 2016, 11:54 am

I didn’t order anything and now on my visa statement I find I have been charged $113 in May and today another $106.
I have not received anything and didn’t want anything and can’t find a phone number to sort this out.
I now have to cancel my Visa card so this company can’t steal anymore of my money.
    Don’t deal with this company

    • susie wood February 13, 2017, 11:23 pm

  • Cecilia June 25, 2016, 4:48 am

We have closed our account so that they wont be able to take any more out. BEWARE ITS ALL A SHAM. NO MONEY BACK FROM WHAT THEY HAVE STOLEN. Hi i ordered some products form you and its been 2 weeks and still haven’t received it even though you advertised 4 days.
Can you please get back to me as you have already taken money out of my account

  • Jenny Lim July 14, 2016, 4:06 pm

Buyer beware, Bliss radiance have charged my card three times months after months. There is no free sample or just pay for postage .

They keep sending you the bottles until you call up your credit company to cancel the card. Please file with your credit card dispute department and let them know these unauthorized transactions has no OTP to validate the purchase ASAP!!!

  • Lee July 20, 2016, 12:26 pm

I just received the free sample today! I saw the comment here just right after my payment and I thought “Oh well, my bank only have about $11.20, so it won’t really make a difference and I’m using a debit card so there’s no way it will turn into a debt”. It’s true, but then I’m worried now. Do you guys think that if I’ll cancel my debit card now will help solve the problem? Please reply, thank you.

  • Embee July 20, 2016, 2:03 pm

I also got charged maliciously ???????????? they r a bigg fucking fraud company. They nevrr sent me a sample for which tbey charged me 4$ first and now they charged me 80$ anonymously and im not in my country to talk to bank and block it..its way too problematic. I wish i had read this post before falling for this scam.. how will my bank refund me n block them???

  • Meryl Sharp July 21, 2016, 4:00 am

I too have been foolish enough to purchase on line and what is even worse, I did not make the purchase via Paypal. Since my initial purchase, which incidentally was at a cost of some $34 only, not the $105+ I was charged, I have had two further charges made to my bank account for orders I have not made. I will of course contact my bank and address the matter, but just be warned fellow shoppers on line.

  • Donna July 21, 2016, 2:01 pm

I ordered mine and it arrived on time but I never used the product after I read these comments. I actually got scammed too so I figured that if they do that, their products were not legit. The first order went well but I was surprised that After a month from my order, I was charged the product again for $78.71. I called my bank to cancel the sale but the transaction already went thru. The second product was never delivered. On the next month the same thing happened and transaction went thru again before I was able to cancel it. I had to arrange with my bank to block any transaction from them.

  • Sathi July 22, 2016, 2:55 am

Thank you friends for sharing. They stole my money too auto debit for 2mths. Because of you guys I managed to cancel my card and the bank will do and investigation for the unauthorized transactions. And if genuine the bank will auto debit after .

  • Reuben August 7, 2016, 12:43 am

If you ordered a bliss radiance free trial and get charged $78 after a month. Send an email to support@blisscreams.com and ask them to remove you from autoship program. I did the same thing.

  • harley quinn August 7, 2016, 10:50 am

OMG! I have just ordered it but it said there was an error. Fortunately i got a call from my bank asking about the transaction i just made n i straight away cancelled it..n thanks to u guyz coz it just so happened that i read your comments just after i was informed about the error..n then a few minutes later the bank called..i should have been more careful..thank God

  • James August 8, 2016, 5:11 am

It’s a scam.I actually got scammed too. I ordered the radiance bliss cream and paid on line USD2.95 but I cannot sign off after that payment. They introduced you to buy the 2nd product which I was not interested and didn’t want to pay for it but they would not let you go off. They tricked you by sucking your PC mouse and I suspected not right so I forced by switching off my computer. The next day I saw my bank statement the amount were deducted USD2.95 by Blisscreams.com 08888130202 and USD3.95 by Cosmetic 408-215-4610. After a few weeks, I received the radiance bliss product ($2.95) but never received the other product ($3.95). Then the next month they continue to deduct from my card USD78.71 by Cosmetic 408-215-4610. I called my bank to ask for the refund as I did not click to pay for that 2nd product in that 2nd month but the bank cannot refund to me but to block for future deduction. Then I told the bank to cancel my card and will report to police for scam.

  • Lim August 15, 2016, 3:24 am

TQ for all the comments. I checked with my bank & surprised to know that BlissCream has charged me 5 times for the FOC cream. The total amount charged is USD85.61 whereas the handling/shipping charges is only USD3.95 as advertised.

Please be careful. This Company is a cheater. After this experience, I will not purchase anymore thing online.

I asked my bank why they did not check with me before payment is made. They should know that something is wrong when the retailer bill the customer so many times. Anyway, they will check on this matter.

REMINDER : For those who have ordered anything from this Company, please check with your bank & terminate yr credit card immediately because this Company will charge you unlimited times with higher & higher amount.

  • Zakienko August 30, 2016, 3:24 pm

  • Terri September 11, 2016, 7:45 pm

On hold at 888-894-4244 almost 2 hours and still waiting …bank can’t help with charges of $92.88 and $98.99… Just got charged again before we received the statement to know how outrageous this is. 86 year old lady got tricked…they should be ashamed.

  • Sharleen September 12, 2016, 9:14 pm

I purchased the trial only price of postage before coming across these reviews. They have already taken 2 small amounts out, and have been trying to take more, but because I only use my debit card and place small amounts in at a time, they cant get any more out of me. As soon as I read these reviews I rang my bank and closed my debit card, and reopened a new one with a new number. They have only got $8 something out of me, and they will get no more. Thanks to your reviews

  • joy arias September 13, 2016, 1:47 pm

I bought the promo shown on FB…for something like 3 US dollars.
I signed in to test that particular product…big big stupid mistake!
lately, I found that they have been constantly charging my credit card for products I have not ordered nor received.
I have cancelled my credit card and demanded for a refund from my bank after I contested the alleged charges..
BE AWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

  • RR September 19, 2016, 9:03 am

THANK GOD i read these reviews.
Immediately after paying for the free shipment charges of $2.95 trial for this damn Bliss radiance cream it didn’t let you off, it goes to INTRODUCE YOU to another 2nd product with additional charges of $29.90 and I trustfully clicked on it .
Than my BANK ALERT ME WITH THE 3 TRANSACTION to warn about the transactions from Bliss Radiance. I was shocked to see the amounts , $2.95,$ 1.97 and $31.93.

I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE BANK to CANCEL the card. i knew I was scammed.
Than i went to read the reviews on this product BUT THAN IT WAS TOO LATE.

I was scammed as well. This company first hit my account for .99 when approved then they hit it for 4 different items . I am now fighting the charges and my credit union is going after them,. Will never, never trust another trail offer of any kind. STAY AWAY FROM BLISSFUL RADIANCE.

I had my credit card replaced and the old card is now blocked ! I suggest anyone being scammed change their credit card number. Good luck all.

  • Kaylee September 24, 2016, 8:09 am

I tried to buy trail offer for USD4.95. I gave my card details and before I could finish the purchase something else appeared and I indicated I was not interested and then something else and then something else until I finally clicked off the page thinking that I have not confirmed my purchase. Guess what, I had 3 messages from my bank saying that 3 transactions has been made with Blisscreams. I immediately cancel my credit card so that I will not have to pay for what I did not purchase and also to stop myself from being fleeced in the future.

  • Maureen Lee September 27, 2016, 5:49 pm

I too ordered the free sample which I haven’t received.
Money has been taken from my account and I want to cancel everything.
How do I do this. Please please help.
    Thanks

    M.Lee

  • Grace F J October 4, 2016, 5:40 am

Today, to my surprise, I received the free sample.

I’ve became a victim as well. Ordered the free sample on 26th Aug’16, whereby on the day of purchase, the bank has temporarily blocked my credit card. When I called the bank, they seek confirmation on the payment to Bliss.com of USD1.97 & USD2.95, which I did authorized and received the SMS notification. I informed the bank that it the transactions are okay.

What a surprise it was when I checked my credit card statement online (last week), and found out that another 2 transactions were debited from my credit card!!! Once on the 15th Sept’16, and another one on 23rd Sept’16!! I was so shocked!! Called my bank on the same day, and decided to cancel my credit card. I’ve even filled up a dispute form for the unauthorized transactions, and still under investigation.

    • Denise Greening October 6, 2016, 1:35 am

FYI they are not answering their 1-888-813-0202 Call your credit card company and explain too them that this is a scam and they will block the charges… come on it says call this number too cancel, but the number does not work

  • Denise Greening October 6, 2016, 1:36 am

    Cancel your card NOW!

  • C Lee October 11, 2016, 1:47 pm

Yes, it’s SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I pay for free trial shipping but when I received my bank statement and found out they deducted USD (1.97, 1.98, 74.76 & 3.96) total 4 transactions . wanted to google for their website and happen to found this blog. I think I am one of the victims also. I did receive a bottle of Bliss Serum but yet to use it. I quicky called my bank to block n change a new card. learned my lesson will not take up this kind of advertisement anymore.:(

  • EPot October 17, 2016, 8:16 am

I am disgusted, first of all thank you so much for honest comments, I was just about to buy it. Secondly, why movie stars letting scammers like that use their image to advertise this shit ??? are they making money form it? if the answer is yes they should be ashamed! Its so sad that there is nothing about human any more, its just about the money which they can still from our pockets. It also says something about us, we are so desperate to stop the time, at least this what time is doing to our body, this making us vulnerable and open for abuse by scammers like that. Magic cream doesn’t exist, celebrities are going through very expensive and painful procedures to stay young, so I decided to stop kidding my self:) instead of filling scammers pockets I will use my money to grow old disgracefully:) My son and hubby wont be happy:) Good luck Ladies:)

  • Monica Martin October 18, 2016, 11:24 am

  • Amy Ko November 7, 2016, 3:47 pm

Thanks for the comments here. I just received the Bliss products after 2 months of waiting. I was just online searching how to use the products when I came across this page. I immediately checked my bank statement and found out they did the recurring charges on my card! I had to cancel my bank card, and wait for the new card to arrive before I can reinstate my accounts tied to the card.

  • carol Starr November 10, 2016, 1:17 pm

Well they got me good I sent for a free sample paid the 2.77 usd I am from australia on the same day they took again 3.90 then 4.95 then waited a month took 5.37 then 103.00 then every month the same I have just found this three months on I only discovered because I was sent another free trial and though why? took me over an hour going through statements Now to go to bank and get all my accounts closed can’t believe they got me. SCAMM
    ERS

  • Sallyann November 12, 2016, 12:22 pm

I have also been scammed by this company. My question is how can they be stopped. This is nothing short of fraud and I can’t understand how they keep getting away with it. Who can this be reported to?

  • Miriam November 14, 2016, 3:10 pm

I also was just scammed by this company. They offer a trial for $4.90. They then charge your credit card $4.90, .99 and then $92.88!! I’m sending this information to the Michigan Attorney General hoping something can be done. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

  • Zaria G November 17, 2016, 10:12 pm

I personally ordered the product and loved it. After the trial I stayed on the auto-ship program for 3 months. I had to call to cancel because unfortunately I couldn’t afford the fairly high price. However, I was offered a special promotion where they cut the monthly price for me by 50%! The product is working for me. I’m sorry to hear about some people’s bad experienced here. I suggest you call them, they were very helpful just now on the phone (1-888-813-0202).

  • Fatimah November 28, 2016, 6:00 am

Now i understand why I am being deducted of multiple amounts from my account. I had availed of the promo and paid the shipping fee of $3.95 not thinking that this is a bunch of scam although i had received the product 3 weeks after. I had to call the bank as soon as I noticed that there were amounts being debited from my account. It was not just once, twice but the attempts are showing in the delayed sms that I was receiving.
    better be careful next time.
A lesson that must be learned.

  • Mary Ann Torres December 4, 2016, 11:30 am

Bliss Service is very fast on TAKING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY…

  • yb December 6, 2016, 1:46 pm

It is a big SCAM,SCAM. I only paid for the transport of the free sample, but they charged many times in some later dates which added up to more than a hundred bucks though I
did received the sample . I cancelled my card after seeing the credit card statement. I am still waiting for the outcome of the bank which dispute with the company.

  • Stephanie Yeo January 6, 2017, 5:06 pm

I realised it was a scam when I received 3 sets of Bliss Cream and I have been billed repeatedly under different amounts, currencies, merchant names over the last 6 months. I had to block my card after 500 USD have been deducted. Sigh.

  • Israel naor dea January 9, 2017, 11:17 am

Three months ago I ordered a samle of bliss radiance rejuvenation system, I got one and then you sent two more. I am sorry to see that you charge my card for a product I don’t need any more . Stop this cheat .

  • Helena c January 12, 2017, 3:30 pm

A friend from Malaysia was interested so I was @ to place order until I come across all these reviews!
Thank god, now I have second thoughts!
It might stress me out and drained my energy typing to get my # clear!
    Thank you!

  • Plenum January 13, 2017, 7:58 am

THE EMAIL TO CANCEL YOUR PRODUCT IS (but check the website on the back of the bottle – small print – then “Contact Us”) : support@blisscreams.com
    ——–
The business is legal, however, what people aren’t doing (like me, too) is reading the CONTRACT before ordering the product. I bought this product for my wife… This is the explanation they gave me, after I sent an email to the above address was:

    Hello,
    – I just looked into your account and it looks like you have ordered the 16 day trial of Bliss Creams for $3.95. As stated in the terms and conditions on the checkout page, the first bottle you receive is on a trial basis. After the 16 days of trying it out following your purchase, without you having let us know otherwise, you were then charged the full amount for the price of the product. You also have been enrolled into our convenience program, where a new bottle is sent out every 30 days thereafter. Once you are done using the product and wished to cancel out of the members program, you just have to email us asking to cancel your membership.
    – As of the time at which we received your previous email, you have been cancelled from our autoship program. Please let us know if you would like to be placed back onto the autoship program.
    – Should you have any further questions please feel free to contact us 24/7 via email as your satisfaction is our priority.
    ———
So,if you don’t send it back or cancel within 16 days, you’re in the program and are charged, for me it was 75 to 79 EUROS (the price went up over three months), AND automatically receive the next month’s order – again with the cancellation option.
    ——-
I recall when young that stamp companies had a similar type of enrollment program in which stamps were sent “ON APPROVAL” (or with this company, “autoship”) and charge a ridiculous amount for subsequent product shipments. It’s not a scam, but it DOES take advantage of people’s habit of trusting companies too much, customers’ habit of NOT reading contracts, and, well-hell, you can add your own to the list…

Live and fucking learn, again. And, again.. Been fooled twice – shame on ME.

  • Girlie Meode Ruiz February 8, 2017, 6:00 am

I got scam from this company though I didn’t order any product from them. Please be aware!

  • Angela Nash February 11, 2017, 3:43 pm

I sent for the ‘free sample’ and my bank account was charged $117.00 so I quickly changed my account so they couldn’t take out any more. The biggest scam ever.

  • Janet Redpat Babbel February 27, 2017, 3:15 pm

I am considering going to the police as this is internet fraud in a big way. I applied for the free sample and had to give my bank details for the postage. I sent the sample back with a special number after my daughter warned me about them. They have continued to take money off my account. I will have to probably close my bank account now as they are thieves

  • Penny Berlin March 8, 2017, 8:10 am

I only just saw these reviews, having just received the product. When they took money from your accounts what name showed up on the bank? I need to go to my bank. I was looking at the reviews as no paperwork came with the product. Just it was from Estonia. PennyB

  • Penny Berlin March 9, 2017, 7:24 am

They took 75.22€ off me too.

  • MRG March 12, 2017, 3:12 pm

I am so furious & so frustrated with the BLISS RADIANCE COMPANY & all the staff that runs this SCAMMED company. I found their add in Facebook, ordered a free sample only once, got charged for it in my credit card and since then has been charging monthly dues each month four times now. I was out of the country & didn’t realized what was going on, so tomorrow I will call my bank to block all payments & would weigh in any legal action to take if needed.

“WARNING….STAY FAR AWAY FROM ORDERING THIS PRODUCT IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND CHEATED! THIS PRODUCT & IT’S COMPANY IS A TOTAL FRAUD! BEWARE..!”

  • Maricel Reyes March 12, 2017, 4:04 pm

I’m so FURIOUS AND FRUSTRATED with this SCAMMED BLISS RADIANCE COMPANY and all it’s DECEIVER STAFF.
I found their advertisement in Facebook, ordered a FREE sample for my husband ONLY ONCE but was later charged US $85.52. Since then, it kept charging my credit card the same amount every month for 4 months now even if I have not ordered the product AGAIN. I was out of the country & didn’t realized this FRAUDULENT BUSINESS SCHEME of theirs until my bank called me for the payment of these charges. I am so ENRAGED and CROSSED, as they sent me another same product which I didn’t order at all. They didn’t even PUT a return address with the product to send it back. Worse is I have been charged 4 times by this cheating company but have sent 2 products only, wherein I only ordered for ONE FREE trial & that’s it.
What A TOTAL SCAM AND A STRAIGHT UP DECEPTION. I AM CONTEMPLATING TAKING LEGAL ACTION AS I WOULD NOT LIKE TO PAY FOR THE 2 PRODUCTS THAT WAS CHARGED BUT NEVER DELIVERED!

Mind you, I would not like to receive any of their products EVER AGAIN, would even like to give back the 2 products they sent…simply because it doesn’t work as advertised!

    WARNING TO ALL:

BEWARE OF THESE PRODUCTS! STAY FAR AWAY FROM FALLING VICTIM TO THEIR SCAM, AVOID ORDERING ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS AND NEVER GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO…TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM EMOTIONAL AND FINANCIAL DISTRESS..!!!

  • Antoine Abdilla March 22, 2017, 10:53 am

I had a similar experience as I got the product for my wife, feeling I had nothing to lose as the sample product was cheap. Yet I got the full amount $78.71 taken off my bank two weeks later and yet no product had been received as I live abroad (Malta). Apparently this was in the terms and conditions which I did not see. I complained to the company that I couldn’t test the product as I did not receive the sample.. they informed me that the full product had been shipped. – After some hassle and reporting that the full product received but not the sample, they agreed for either me return the product (shipping would be my cost) or refund me half of the product cost. In the end I paid for half the sum, and received two bottles of the product. I would say the setup is scammy, but the company is not shifty and they did close my account when instructed to. My wife found the product to be of very good quality. So I would suggest to buy from this company with caution, read terms and cancel immediately if you not want to pay the full product sums (as they are quite high).

  • Joel Lee May 12, 2017, 3:10 pm

It was too late for me to have these comments of Blisscreams. I’ve never received the trial product but rather the product on 8/3/2017. As I live far away from USA, I thought the product that I’ve received was the so called trial product. Not until my bank called me for verifing the payment of US$3.95 + US$85.62, I’ll not realise that they have charged me the above sum.

I’ll try to call the CS of Blisscreams to return the product to them but was told that only accept returnable product within 30 days not as mentioned as their Term and Conditions a 90 fully days money back guarantee.

Be away from that SCAM. I’m still contacting my bank to deal with the above sum. Though the disclosed credit card has cut immediately by my bank, I was told that I need to settle the said amount as they have all my credit card details as well as mailing address.

  • Annie Ong July 31, 2017, 3:48 pm

Received both Glow Cream n Bliss Radiance at SGD$200+. Claimed to be sample but didn’t receive the sample at all. Two wks after purchase was double billed again for items not received. Had a hard time call up credit card co to recover the double billing. First bad experience with on line purchase thanks to this scams. DO NOT BELIEVE this product, does not work at all yet double billed customers for nothing.
