Admit it: you are not happy with your size. You secretly wish you can last longer in bed to please your partner. Truth is, you are not the only one. This is the reason why the internet is full of websites selling everything from miracle pills to device claim to drammatically improve your sex life. The one I recently came across is “Hardknight”. According to the claims on the official website of “Hardknight”, the product may help you to “get bigger”, improve libido, increase blood flow, gain stamina, and improve muscularity. But does Hardknight really work? Read on to find out.
Hardknight’s ingredients include: L-Arginine, Niacin, Gingko Bilola, Tribulus Terrestris, Tongkat Ali, Maca Root Extract etc. The list of ingredients looks quite impressive, and the list is commonly seen on many other male enhancement supplements. However, the bioavaibility of Hardknight formula is not know. It’s unclear if the ingredients can bypass the acidic environment of the stomach for your body to absorb. Despite the impressive claims behind Hardknight, there’s no clinical evidence to prove the effectiveness.
Hardknight: a scam?
The company behind Hardknight offers free samples for anyone who is interested. You are asked to pay a small shipping fee in exchange for free bottle of Hardknight. Most people tend to overlook the small fine print at the bottom, it says
“By placing my order, I agree to the Terms of the Offer, which explain that I must cancel within 14 days of today to avoid being charged $119.99 for the package I received and enrollment in the monthly auto delivery program, which ships a fresh monthly supply and charges the same amount plus $9.99 shipping and handling 30 days after the initial order date, and subsequently every thirty days thereafter. You will be charged on the same card provided today.”
Please note that I am not saying that this offer is a scam, but I urge you to be be extra cautious with this “free offer”. In the past, many companies used free offers the lure consumers to sign up for more products. Most of the time, it’s very hard for you to get hold of them to cancel. That’s right: nothing is really free. If it is, they won’t need your credit card info!
Hardknight: what are the potential side effects?
Note that Hardknight have not been tested safe or effective. The long terms side effects are not known. As this products is new, there’s little consumer reviews on the internet. If you are taking prescription drugs, be sure to talk to your health care providers.
Note: almost all male enhancement products (including Hardknight) are marketed as dietary supplements. Dietary supplements are not as stringently regulated as pharmaceuticals. The manufacturers are responsible for product safety and quality. Too often, male enhancement products deliver more than you bargained for. In a laboratory analysis conducted by FDA, few male enhancement products were found to contain undeclared prescription drugs. According to FDA,
“This undeclared ingredient may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs, such as nitroglycerin, and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. Men with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease often take nitrates.” ( source)
In another study conducted by University of Maryland, few products are found to be contaminated with lead, e-coli, and pesticides.
In a nutshell, Hardnight will probably improve your sexual health, but without clinical evidence, it’s hard to know for sure. We will test this product and let you know the results later.
