Progentra Pills Reviews: Does it Really Work?

Short summary: Contrary to the advertising claims, Progentra won’t help you to build bigger penis. Your size is genetically determined. The only effective method is surgery, but the scary side effects and associated risks may put you off. In the end of the article, you will find out an effective method to make your penis bigger (literally) without pills, creams, devices, herbs or surgical method.

Full summary: Progentra is touted to be the “greatest penis pill ever made”. According to its advertisement claims, this product is “clinically tested” with “the best ingredients across the world” that can result in bigger and longer manhood almost instantly. Wow!

The reality is, the vast majority of penis enlargement pills, including Progentra do not work.

To understand why, let’s look at the science behind your most prized organ.

progentraYour penis contains three cylinder-shaped chambers: two large chambers called Corpora Cavernosa (on a top) and a small chamber, Corpus Spongiosum (on the bottom surrounding the uretha). These areas are filled with arteries which carry blood.

When you are sexually aroused or stimulated, your body releases a chemical called nitric oxide to be released to the arteries. This causes the smooth muscle in the penile tissue to relax and also makes the arteries wider. As the penis chambers fill with blood, the corpora cavernosa press against veins to restrict blood flow of out penis, thus allowing for a sustained erection. [R]

The thing is: the penis chambers are fixed to the pelvic bone. And, your penis reaches maximum size and length during by the end of puberty. [R] Some supplements may boost blood flow to achieve harder erection momentarily, but none will make you bigger permanently.

That’s right, Progentra is not the holy grail of penis enlargement. Don’t be fooled by the before and after photos posted on the advertisement. I can guarantee that this stuff won’t alter the size of your manhood.

If you want to “instantly add size to your penis” (as promised by the ad), please get a magnifying glass.

biggerdeeperThe science behind Progentra: Debunk

As mentioned on the official website of Progentra, it contains fast-acting aphrodisiac and PDE-5 inhibitors.

PDE-5 inhibitors are the oral medications for erectile problems. The most common types are Sildenafil, Tadalafil and Vardenafil. These drugs help to relax the smooth muscle of penis and increase blood flow.

One of the key ingredients of Progentra, Horny Goat Weed, was reported to be a promising herbal alternative for the blue pill. According to a study conducted by Mario Dell’Agli of the University of Milan [R], Horny Goat Weed contains icariin, which is a PDE5 inhibitor.

However, it’s important to note that icariin is far less potent than Sildenafil [R].

As well, Horny Goat Weed does come with some risks. The potential side effects include sweating, rapid irregular heartbeat, an increase in energy, and mood change [R]. People with heart disease with avoid this herb. The Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center that a 66-year-old man congestive heart failure was hospitalized with symptoms of shortness of breath, chest pain, and arrhythmia after taking the Horny Goat Weed [R].

In addition, the website also cites a study of Tongkat Ali [R], titled “9-hydroxycanthin-6-one induces penile erection and delays ejaculation” [note: 9-hydroxycanthin-6-one is a component of Tongkat Ali]. If you take a closer look, you will realize that this is rat study, the result may not apply to human. I don’t have to remind you that human and rat aren’t the same, right?

Where’s the proof? The Progrentra is said to be “clinically tested”, but the evidence is lacking. You’d be hard-pressed to find any related studies on medical journals and third party website. Besides, the specific amount of each ingredient is not revealed. It’s hard to tell if Progrentra contains beneficial dosage.

Conclusion: At the time of writing, there’s no reason to recommend Progendra. Chances are, you are perfectly normal and don’t need help with your penis.

Consider this: The average erect penis measures 5.6 inches, according to research published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine. When a woman is aroused, the vagina length increased to 4.25 ~ 4.75 inches. And the erogenous zones of a woman is near to vaginal opening. So, in reality, you don’t need a porn-worthy member to keep your partner satisfied.

Even if you do not measure up, there are strategic positions to make her feel larger and fuller.

What if you are still desperately concerned about your size?

A lesser known, but effective way is to lose weight. Specifically, you will want to get rid of the belly fat surrounding your genitals. Anecdotally speaking, your member will be visually longer after you lose 10 pounds. It’s said that for every 30 to 50-pound loss, you will “grow” an inch.
