The snake oil salesman are at it again – flooding Facebook newsfeed with Ellen Degeneres’ anti-aging ads. The ads appear to be featured on people.com, eonline.com or ellentv.com. When you click on the ads, it takes you to completely different websites promoting miracle anti-aging cream. Some of these so-called miracle wrinkle cream include: Hydroderm, Triple Effect Eye Serum, BioGeniste Wrinkle Reducer, Dermal Meds, Bellavei, Miracle Phytoceramides, Belle Complex, Hydradiance etc.
Don’t fall for the scam!
These phony wrinkle sites are unlawfully using Ellen’s name and picture to peddle unproven products. Ellen Degeneres and Dr. Oz DO NOT endorse these products. In addition, the sites also mention how an ordinary mom use Ellen’s secret to reduce wrinkles in just 14 days. This is the picture they used:
The “before” picture is taken from stock photo (see link), and the “after” is obviously photoshopped!
Here’s how the scam work: you click the ads and find out how two new wrinkle cream can make you look younger in no time. The good news is: free trials are available for limited time only. When you sign up, you are automatically enrolled in authoship program that bill you from $79 to $129 per month! What’s worse, it’s very difficult to cancel your order and obtain refund. Besides, the customer service is virtually non-existent. If you don’t believe me just take a look on a typical complaint posted on Scambook.com:
Let’s face it, there’s no such thing as a miracle anti-wrinkle cream. If a magic solution was discovered, it would be widely reported through media. Don’t waste your money on this scam!You’d probably be better off with a sensible lifestyle (quality sleep, healthy diet and regularly exercise) and top-notch HGH supplementation.

Yes I fell for it. When original Oder came one product was charged $34.95 plus shipping on three others. Meant to look in to it and of course forgot. Low and behold 14 days to day two additional charges for $84.94 and $89.95. Disputed with company and they canceled my subscript and refunded 50% of charges. I’ll have to wait to see if they keep their word. So far a transaction number did not arrive by email. It wasn’t a scam though? Only free for 14 days and than bam they hit you. $175 is pretty steep and I should have known better. Nothing is free and I’m sorry they’ve attached Ellen Degeneres name to these products. Only after threatening to call the better business bureau did the operator say they would refund 50%.
Exact same amounts were taken out of my account. The original deduction was $9, which I did receive some face & eye serum. Then those 2 charges were taken. When I called the 877# I was on hold for an hour. I hung up & called my bank immediately to cancel my card. So mad at myself for falling for that, I’m usually so careful

If you click on the “testimonials” submitted photos and praise, they are all conveniently not found! NONE OF THEM. Fine print also says the photos we’re illustrated and not typical tesults. ALWAYS look into products that sound to good to be true, especially if they are celebrity endorsed! Also, do not ever buy iTunes cards or send somebody money via money gram or western union. I learned the hard way with that and will never be scammed again!

Totally got scammed. What an fucking idiot I am. I do not understand why the celebrity’s and Dr Oz are not finding out who the hell these individuals are hacking there names. Unless they to are part of this scam. I believe they are part of this deceitful travesty. I cant believe how many sites I’ve check out promoting Dr. Oz skin care miracle creams, serums etc. If someone was using my name on multiple site. I would find out who was using my good name in these on going scams. Wouldn’t you? So why haven’t I ever heard Dr. Oz or the celebrity’s faces being use in these ads speak out about these sites unlawfully utilizing there names. For every ad utilizing my name. I would have my own ad saying my name and face are being used in a scam about these skin creams. Wouldn’t you? I to ordered the anti aging creams only problem I ordered three different ones I realy liked the First one tried to find the same brand so I could buy it got caught in a huge circle that didn’t get me any were so thinking I might get in afree sample I order re d one again not what I wanted tried again no luck checked my credit card to my surprise I was charged 98$ & 97 for each product I don’t know which company it was and the company taking out the money is a different name have credit card disputing it worst part is I have cancer just had brain radiation was trying to do something to make me. Totally scammed also and my bank can not retrieve money lost as I “did not send back with an official RMA” in my haste to just send it regular mail ..unopened, once I heard it was a scam…family in hospital, making return / cancellation notice a day late. I am furious and will stop anyone/everyone from dealing with Soleil or Lumenierre and hear there are 100 products that are similarly out there to scam people out of their money..also did it as it had Ellen’s name attached. ($187.00 that I have to pay for no product at all due to not taking time for an RMA), These people are Ruthless! Wish Ellen could help us with repayments somehow darn it.

Yes, I too was scamed for over $200.00. A friend said she had seen on Dr. Phil about scams using his name , Dr.Oz and Elene De Generes. My friend said to call my credit card company and cancel this card and report the scams.I did that and had to get a new card. That way they won’t have my new number.
I hope this works. I spent over a half hour with the company screaming and denying my claim.

I thank God for intervening on my behalf. I had filled out all the information that they ask for until I saw I was getting only 1 trial bottle of the product when they are advertising 2different bottles that says use together. So before i put in my card # i decided to called the 800 # to question it and they hung up the phone. I did not call them back just decided it wasn’t for me and looked into it further and found this scam page. Again I thank God for intervening and thank you ladies for your comments.
I also fell for this and got scammed for over $400 Dollars billed twice in one month! I called them and told them there was no where that it said that it would cost me this much! They said no refund’s and gave me only %70 off the second charge and I’m still out over $200 dollar’s! I too got taken on this skin care cream! I normally do not fall for things like this & it is a scam & we all should be able to find a way to get our money back from someone for this SCAM! I fell for it and decided after not to do it. Anti aging cream , what a scam. I could not cancel it and when I returned it they would not give me a refund. I had to cancel my card and have the bank try for me. They were not successful either. I tried calling again and they me since I had my bank call they would not refund my money because of the dispute I am out the shipping and handling and $103.00. Sad they used Ellen’s name.

Be careful also, they tricked us to sell another product , the eye cream, also with another $4.95 for S&H. Then they charged us another $ 84.95 and they bill us as “subscription”.
This company cannot get away with their fraud. It should be taken to justice.
I was sent an additional product for 4.95 and 2.99 and in 14 days charged my credit card an additional 198.00.

I totally got scammed and fell for it. It cost me 175.00. I did call and complain and they took 50 percent off. Big deal. It still cost me 88.00 for this mess.

I CALLED my credit card co and they stopped all payment and gave a new number so they couldn’t charge any more. Call your credit card and ask them to do the same for you. I fell for the Ellen name too and I didn’t know these scams were using her name and Dr. Oz and Dr. Phil too.

On 9/29/2016, I ordered the 14 day free trial Tryradiant for $4.99, S&H $5.99, shipping insurance $1.99, plus while placing this order the radiant VitaC popped up for $29.99 which was indicated that it works well with the serum and I hit the agree button for all. My bill was $42.96. No where was it indicated that if I did not respond in 14 days my bill will be more. On 10/13/2016, my Citicard was issued a charge of $98.71, by Sheer Face Serum, (877) 822-4502 (CA, USA) and 10/12/2016, a charge of 89.95 from SilkCream (Luminis Advance Skincare). It the both company’s Direct Marketing G-Continuity Subscription Departments. I called, asked why $98.71. I told the representative what each thing costs and she said that the Radiant VitaC was not their product I had to take that up with Luminis Advance Skincare at (888)997-6330 (. I was told because I went pass the 14 days and did not close my account I was issued the additional cost. I told them I was not aware I opened an account and it was not indicated I would be charge more for not closing and I told them this was a scam and I wanted my money back and my account close. They offered me 50%. I refused. The representative spoke to her manager who then offered 75%. I refused and stated I was going to report them to BBB, FTC, and citicard to dispute the charge. When I called them back to get some additional information a representative stated my account was closed and a total refund was being issued to my card within the next two to three days. I continue to file a compliant and hope that I do receive my money. My Citicard representative contacted SilkCream (Luminus Advance Skincare) and I received my refund to of the total $89.95. I will continue to follow up with these scams with the proper agencies. Good luck to the rest of you!!!!!!!!!! We should work on a class action.
I got caught by this scam.
Fortunately, after I ordered I did some research and found out it was a scam.
Since it was only a few hours since I ordered it, I called the credit card company. I asked them to replace the card and cancel the old one so that no future charges could be billed. The credit card company was also able to tell me the recent charges which had names that were unknown to me and they matched the $4.95 and $4.99 charges on the order site. These charges were cancelled.
So thanks to this web-site, it looks like I avoided the scam and learned a lesson.
Do I feel dumb. Just got off hold after 45 minutes trying to cancel the skin care products. What a run around. To make sure not to get charged I had to cancel my card. The worst my wife told me it was a scam and then she didn’t even like the product. Never again.

I only get ss and really could not afford this but I learned a good lesson.they finally refunded me 50.00 .I’ll never do that again .I’m 72 years old and don’t look all that bad anyway. BOTTOM LINE… If any personality truly cares the would verify how business is conducted. Elderly women are not even able to see such fine print, and then when you inform company that you DO NOT WANT IT, they offer to keep 60%and refund you the rest. Ellen doesn’t have anything to do with these crooks. Both her name and Dr Oz’s are being used fraudulently. 14 days is not enough time to evaluate a product especially when it takes 7 days for delivery. Visa and Mastercard dispute/chargeback reason codes include a claim or defense option for quality etc IF purchased within the US – well if you purchased this online the location is that of your computer/devise – regardless of where the unlawful company actually is. So…each of us should dispute the charge directly through the card issuer (all major payment processors (visa, master card, american express etc) maintain a data base and close down access for companies with excessive complaints) – file a complaint with your state’s attorney generals offices – file a complaint with the BBB – alert fellow consumers via yelp, Facebook etc. and keep hounding these scoundrels with phone calls – I got 50% back on one product but didn’t push it because I thought I was an idiot – now that I see I am hardly alone I will pick up the torch again. Such a shame – all I wanted to do was improve my appearance and was willing to pay a reasonable price. Oh and I continue to get a $1.99 monthly charge – such a nuisance! good luck all!
On March 8th I stupidly ordered trial samples of Radiant Visage and Nouveaulift for $5.95 and $4.95 and received products. On March 22 was charged $86.95 and $89.73 with no products received. Used a debit card. Called both phone numbers and 1 was disconnected and the other was please leave a message with no company name. My bank is working on me possibly getting something back. Bank said they had someone a week ago with the same complaint about same companies!! I was so stupid.

I was also scammed. Responded to an ad on Facebook. The ad said get a free bottle, must pay shipping and handling cost of $4.95. No mention of a trial period
When the bottle arrived I did not open it because it did not look like the one on Facebook.
A few days later I saw a charge on my account that I did not authorize. They charged me $87.50. I called my
bank to dispute the charge. My bank gave me their telephone number. When I called theanswered the phone saying Puralift. I spoke to someone saying that they could only give me a 60% refund. I told them that I was going to contact the NY Attorney General. Then they gave me a full refund.
When they received the unauthorized payment of $87.50 it made my account overdrawn by $77.00. Now I’m fighting to get my bank fees back.

I too saw NO mention of the trial period. You are the first one who has mentioned this and this is what i remember too. Does anyone out there have PROOF that the page did not mention the 14 day cancellation garbage? (Or could I have missed it? I just want to know for sure!) I generally look carefully for that type of info, and don’t recall seeing it. Perhaps someone has a screen shot of this? I’m feeling pretty sure that they added this afterwards. Also, does anyone know if the original ad is still going thru facebook (the one that connected it to Ellen D.?) That would be a good way to see this original scammy information… or in this case, lack of information.

Same b.s scam. Free trial of NUVELLA . $4.95 plus shipping. Later get a call from a person ask if I want to order some other product . Can’t understand her English. I say no just want to pay $4.95 ($5.79 us) .My next credit card bill arrives with a $149.93 charge and another bottle of NUVELLA. They tell me I have a monthly subscription because I didn’t cancel it. How could I cancel something I didn’t sign up for. Called a number that came with the product but it was a machine. I had filled out an form to receive a FREE bottle of Lumidaire. I stopped when it came to entering my credit card info because I saw something shiny and got distracted. Before I could finish the order, I received 2 phone messages from a salesman who noticed I hadn’t completed my order, who wanted to “help” me get my free sample. To me, 2 phone calls = harassment. I got suspicious and started checking online, finding this site. I can’t believe I almost fell for this. I am very grateful for the warnings!

Then I called 888286 6433 at that number someone answered and she couldn’t find my account by my name, address and phone number. Then she had the audacity to ask me for my credit card number. I told her this is a scam and I hung up. Then I dialed 1888 390-1917. An English-speaking representative answered the phone after being on hold for 10-15 min she refused to understand the difference in a g and a j after 20 minutes of trying to get her to understand I realize she knew what I was saying but pretend not to I hung up. The last number I called was +1-866-346-1930 and she could not find me in her system. I had to go to the my bank the next day and cancel that card and waiting on a new card. I am like the other people that posted never have fallen for a scam before. I only did it because Ellen’s name was on it, I only had to pay the nine bucks for shipping, and there wasn’t anything about a trial. And you would be automatically billed 90 some dollars. I was filled with in a few days and never received a product. Dirty rotten scammers.
