Vesele 2018 Reviews and Side Effects: An Evidenced-based Analysis

Vesele is the latest supplements designed for both men and women to improve sexual health. According to the advertising claims:

“Vesele promotes healthy blood flow by providing Nitric Oxide (NO) for the body as needed”.

What’s more, it’s touted to be the only supplement that provides the optimal amount of L-Arginine in a capsule form.

This is probably not the first time you come across the Nitric Oxide (NO)supplement. NO supplements are extremely popular these days because of the purported benefits, including better sexual health, faster recovery, increased strength and performance.

But do NO supplements like Vesele work?

Before you dish out your hard earned money, read on the find out more.

What is NO and why is it so important? Firstly let’s take a quick look at nitric oxide (NO) itself. NO is a signaling molecule produced by your body. It plays important roles in controlling normal function of cells.

As well, it’s vital in various biological roles, including immune system, neurotransmission, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, gastrointestinal tract, urogenital system, and reproductive system [1].

What is the role of NO in penis erection?

NO acts as a vasodilator (*note: vasolidation refers to the widening of blood vessels [2] ) in the process of penis erection.

When blood vessels dilate, the flow of blood is increased, thus resulting in erection.

This explains why NO supplements are often marketed as an alternative to the blue pills.

Vesele ingredients
Like most NO supplements, Vesele contains two key ingredients: L-arginine and L-citrulline.

In theory, these amino acid are supposed to increase nitric oxide activity in the body.

Unfortunately, the related studies have been largely contradictory.

In several L-arginine studies [4][5], increased effects of nitric oxide have been observed.

In one German study published in British British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, 20 healthy volunteers were given 3g of L-arginine twice daily. The supplementation was about to increase nitric oxide metabolites without significantly affecting blood flow. [6]

Two other studies [7][8] show opposite finding. The finding was that L-arginine supplementation failed to influence blood flow and nitric oxide level.

To date, there’s no clear evidence to support the claim that L-arginine supplementation improves erection strength.

According to Geo Espinosa, director of the Integrative Urological Center at NYU Langone Medical Center, Arginine is not recommended because the body metabolizes it so quickly. “You need a lot and you need to take it frequently for it to work,” he says. [9]

So what about L-citrulline?

It’s a non-essential amino acid produced by the body. Compared to arginine, citrulline is absorbed better. In the body, L-citrulline is converted to L-arginine in the kidney.

A study noted:

“L-Citrulline plus L-arginine supplementation caused a more rapid increase in plasma L-arginine levels and marked enhancement of NO bioavailability” [10]

As well, L-citrulline appears to be a more reliable NO boosters [11][12].

L-citrulline has been shown to improve erection hardness in men with mild erectile dysfunction. [13]

The key takeaway here is that you should go with citrulline instead of arginine, and there are less expensive/more reliable sources of it than Vesele.

Vesele Side Effects
As Vesele is a new product, the long term side effects and safety are not established.
Arginine is generally safe for most people, though it may result in following side effects:

– risk of bleeding
– change of blood sugar levels
– abnormally high levels of blood potassium  [14]

There are no reported side effects of L-citrulline, though it may interact with nitrates (for heart disease) and erectile dysfunction drugs. [15]

The thing is: the exact amount of ingredients is not known. I can’t find the label from Amazon and the official website. So, it’s hard to tell if Vesele formula is properly dosed.

Who makes Vesele?
The company behind Vesele is called Innovus Pharmaceuticals. Its BBB rating is “F” . [16]

4 Bottles : $199.80

What are the customers saying? At the time of writing, the Amazon reviews for Vesele are less than positive. Most customers were not happy due to the lack of effectiveness.

So what’s the final verdict? In a nutshell, Vesele is a product of indeterminable effectiveness. If anyone asks you if you want some Nitric Oxide, just say NO.

Kudos to your report on this quackery. Vesele is, then, yet another quack product scam -these scumbag con-artists never cease surfacing. Reports like yours keep unwary pigeons from falling for their -expensive, too- tricks -at least, those who are smart enough to research before rushing in.

Hopefully you can use this or make it available otherwise:
It concerns FORSKOLIN, which is marketed as a means of weight reduction. HOGWASH!
I bought it in hope of reducing internal ocular pressure -a glaucoma precursor- and have been taking 300mg capsules standardised @20% x2 daily: Not even the slightest effect on my weight -and scumbags market it in 50mg capsules with the same weight reduction claims! Con artists!
    Pass this on.
